The General Terms and Conditions of Purchase prescribed herein are an integral part of the Purchase Agreement which will be concluded between the Seller and the Buyer. Failure to comply with the rules defined here may result in non-execution of the payment transaction or a failed order.
To order products from the offer of the online store, you need to follow the following steps:
• Finding the products you want to buy – Products are organized by categories. When you find the product you want to buy, select the color and size, click the “Add to Cart” button.
• Entering data on the method of delivery, payment and place of delivery – Clicking on the “Continue order” button opens options for selecting the method of payment, method of sending and selecting the delivery address, which may be different from the one you specified during registration
• Review, confirmation and tracking of the purchase order – The seller will notify the buyer within 3 working days of the availability of the order and the possibility to deliver the goods. The Seller will send a confirmation of the purchase order to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer during registration. If the Seller is not able to provide the ordered item, he will notify the buyer by e-mail that it is no longer available, and that the order has been canceled.

www.sayagroup.rs supports the following payment methods:
– cash on delivery – cash on delivery means paying the purchase order to the courier when picking up the shipment. Payment is made exclusively in cash.
– payment cards – the customer can make a payment using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express.cards, issued by a local bank.
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD).
Delivery of shipments is performed by an independent courier service and is possible only on the territory of Serbia. Delivery costs are charged separately and they are stated when ordering goods. The amount of delivery costs is 390 dinars, if the value of the item is more than 5,000 RSD, delivery is free. You pay the shipping costs together with the products,
The approximate time for which the shipment will be delivered to you is 5 working days from the day of the confirmed order. The courier service delivers shipments in the period from 08:00 to 16:00.
Upon delivery of the goods to the Buyer, one copy of the retail invoice will be handed over to the Buyer, which at the same time represents the sales contract.
The Buyer is responsible for the damage caused by the failure to take over the goods sent to him by the Seller in accordance with the contract. Damage means damage to the goods, as well as the costs that the Seller has due to the Buyer’s failure to take over the goods, such as: costs of storage, repackaging, return of goods and the like.
The buyer can request a replacement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Replacement of goods refers to replacement of size or replacement of model. In case of exchange of goods, together with the completed Exchange Form, it is delivered to the Seller, and in that case the replacement costs are borne by the Buyer.
The replacement form is available on the Seller’s website www.sayagroup.rs and can be freely downloaded as a permanent record carrier.
In case of replacement, the Buyer is obliged to return the goods in the original packaging, without damage and traces of use. Otherwise, the Seller is not obliged to make a replacement.
The item being replaced must have the same or higher value than the item being changed, at an additional cost.
Return of goods – Termination of the contract
The Buyer may return the goods, ie terminate the Purchase Agreement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. In case of termination of the Contract, the Buyer is obliged to do so on the Form for termination of the Contract.
The Contract Termination Form is available on the Seller’s website www.sayagroup.rs and can be freely downloaded as a permanent record holder.
Statement on termination of the Contract Produces legal effect from the day it is sent to the Seller and is considered timely if it is sent within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
In case of termination of the Contract, the Buyer is obliged to return the same goods in the original packaging, without damage and signs that the goods have been used. Otherwise, the Seller is not obliged to return the received purchase price to the Buyer. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
In case of termination of the Contract by the Buyer within the specified period, the Seller is obliged to return to the Buyer the amount of the purchase price received within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Buyer’s unilateral statement on termination of the Contract, provided that the Buyer returned the goods to the Seller. , without damage and signs that the goods have been used.
In case of return of the item and refund of funds paid to any of the payment cards, “SAYA GROUP d.o.o.” the refund is made via VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder’s account at our request.
In the case of return of goods and return of funds to the customer who previously paid for any of the payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for return, “SAYA GROUP d.o.o.” is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the account of the cardholder
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD).
The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informative presentation of prices in other currencies. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site.

Complaints of damage in transport
It is very important that you immediately report any damage in transport, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivers the goods to you. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
If you notice such damage, do not sign the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt of the shipment.
Complaints about data or the wrong type of goods
If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not match the ordered or the invoice data is not correct, please call us, no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment, call 011 / 317-18-43, or send an e-mail with your data (name, surname, phone) to the e-mail email@example.com and describe what problem you have. As soon as possible, we will respond to the consumer’s complaint and inform you of further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment of its registration.
